I have been a real estate agent in the Lexington area since our move here in 1995 and a real estate broker since 1999. I specialize in residential real estate in South Lexington and North Jessamine County and particularly enjoy analyzing the tradeoffs of location, layout, style, and cost as it relates to your tastes, stage of life, and hobbies. Choosing a home to fit your lifestyle, is of the utmost importance!
When working to sell your home, I apply these same skills in showcasing your home with a cutting edge marketing program, including individual property websites, panoramic photos, video, a QR reader, and a text for info service. All with full exposure to buyers and agents through multiple marketing channels.
As an experienced home designer and builder of over $5 million of single family homes, I feel I am able to bring common sense solutions to many of the hiccups in the home buying and selling process – and my goal is always to work closely with you to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
I received an engineering degree from The Missouri University of Science and Technology; and a Masters in Operations Management from The University of Arkansas, while serving at Pine Bluff Arsenal as a Lieutenant in the Army. From there I worked as an environmental engineer at Ashland Oil’s Catlettsburg, KY refinery.
Beginning a family shifted my time and priorities and I became involved with real estate as a way to work with my own schedule. Over the past 15 years my husband, John, and I have been self employed and have designed and built custom and “spec” homes as well as purchasing and managing single family rentals and mobile home parks.
Outside of work, my interests revolve around our church, Tates Creek Presbyterian; Jessamine County 4-H Dog Club; Trinity Christian Academy; and our farm, my dairy goats and cheese making.
I look forward to discussing any aspect of the real estate market and working with you on your next adventure.
